Staff directory photography

The corporate staff directory is the collective image of your organization that appears on the "Our Team" page of your website, in the annual report, and on each employee’s LinkedIn profile. As a photographer specializing in corporate photo directories in Paris, we set up a mobile studio in your offices to photograph all employees using exactly the same visual style: same background, same lighting, same framing, same posing direction.

The key to a successful employee directory: absolute visual consistency across 20, 50, or 200 portraits. A single photo session, a single photographer, and a single lighting setup ensure a level of consistency you’ll never achieve with photos taken on different dates by different photographers. On a corporate website, the eye immediately picks up on variations in background, framing, and color between the portraits.

Typical workflow: a mobile studio set up in 30 minutes in a meeting room (2.5×2.5m neutral background, key light, backlight, fill light), with a dress code brief distributed to employees in advance (style recommended based on your brand guidelines). Allow 15 to 20 minutes per person on a first-come, first-served basis, or 12–15 portraits per half-day, 25–30 per full day. For larger organizations (50–200 employees), we spread the sessions over 2–4 days.

For each employee: 3–5 different expressions (neutral, slight smile, genuine smile, focused gaze) to cover use on the company website, LinkedIn, reports, and internal communications. Final selection: 1 portrait per person—or 3 if you want variations for different media. Delivery within 72 hours via a private HD portfolio, with files named according to your guidelines.

Web and print usage rights are included for all corporate materials. For organizations with multiple locations, we coordinate the photo sessions to ensure a strictly consistent look across your various sites—one photographer, one portable setup, and one artistic direction. Full-day package starting at €1,500 (excl. tax) for 20–30 portraits, with a sliding scale for larger volumes.
