Event photographer

We have been corporate event photographers in Paris for 15 years, covering conferences, seminars, conventions, corporate galas, and professional events in a documentary style. Our approach: discretion. We blend into your event to capture key moments (plenary sessions, networking, award ceremonies, the overall atmosphere) without disturbing guests or interrupting the program.

Our scope: industry conferences, annual conventions, executive seminars, strategic committee meetings, study days, trade shows, galas and gala dinners, product launches, and press conferences. For events with 200 or more guests, we deploy a team of coordinated photographers to ensure nothing is missed.

Pre-event briefing: venue scouting, detailed schedule, list of key moments to capture, identification of VIPs, planned group photos. Our team arrives one hour before the event begins to scout the location and test the available lighting. During the event, we provide discreet coverage: we move around without using harsh flash, capture natural expressions, and alternate between wide shots (atmosphere) and close-ups (candid portraits).

Delivery within 72 hours via a private HD gallery: a curated selection of 80–150 photos per half-day event, or 150–300 photos per full-day event. Web-optimized formats for post-event communication (social media, newsletters, corporate websites), print formats for business publications and annual reports. For conferences with simultaneous video recording, coordination is available with our photo and video team.

Rates: Half-day package starting at €600 (excluding tax) (4 hours); full-day package at €1,100 (excluding tax) (8 hours). For multi-day events (annual conventions, intensive seminars), sliding-scale rates apply. Transfer of usage rights included for post-event communications, press, and corporate archives. No time limit.
