Pre-shoot reconnaissance: The photographer arrives one hour before the shoot to scout angles, assess the architecture, identify suitable spaces, check window orientations, and anticipate framing issues (such as reflections on screens, misaligned furniture, or computer cables). Documented shooting plan: 12 to 25 shots per floor, depending on the size of the premises.

Five office layouts: entrance areas and signage, open spaces (open-plan offices, cafeteria) that reflect the company’s identity, fully equipped meeting rooms, private offices, and executive offices, as well as design details (materials, signature furniture, artwork on the walls).

Technique: Short focal lengths (14/24/35 mm) on a full-frame sensor to capture depth without distorting lines. Controlled mixed lighting (natural window light + existing artificial light + discreet flash). Depth of field set to f/8–f/11 to ensure the entire frame is in focus. Tripod used for all long exposures. Delivery within 72 hours via a private HD gallery, with 25 to 50 retouched images per project.
