Corporate event photographer

We have been photographing corporate events in Paris for 15 years, covering galas, gala dinners, corporate parties, award ceremonies, and professional celebrations. A successful corporate event requires premium photographic coverage: expert lighting, capturing key moments, high-quality candid portraits, and organized group photos.

Our scope: annual galas, end-of-year dinners, launch parties, award ceremonies, art openings, networking cocktail parties, and corporate after-work events. For events with 100–500 guests, we coordinate a team of photographers. Expertise in low-light photography: extended ISO ranges, full-frame sensors, and discreet off-camera flash to preserve the atmosphere.

Brief: detailed program, VIP list, scheduled group photos, identification of key moments (speeches, award presentations, atmosphere). Site walkthrough 1 hour prior. During the event, candid coverage: general atmosphere, natural portraits, group photos upon request, speakers in the middle of their remarks, award presentations.

Technical mastery of evening lighting: high ISO settings (3200–6400) with full-frame sensors to keep grain to a minimum, fast lenses (f/1.4–f/2.8), and an off-camera speedlight with a diffuser to soften the light. No harsh flash in the guests’ eyes. Colors preserved in post-production on a calibrated monitor.

Delivery within 72 hours: 80–150 retouched photos for a 4-hour event, 150–300 for a full-day gala. Web-ready files for post-event communications (LinkedIn, intranet, newsletter), and print-ready files for annual reports and press releases. Transfer of rights included. 4-hour evening package starting at €700 (excl. tax).
