For organizations seeking consistent photography across multiple employees, corporate directory and team photography assignments generally range between €1,500 and €3,000 excluding VAT, depending on the number of participants, locations, and logistical requirements. Office and workplace photography projects typically range from €1,200 to €2,000 excluding VAT per location, while larger employer branding, industrial, or corporate communication assignments are quoted according to the scale of the project.

Corporate event coverage starts at €1,200 excluding VAT for a half-day assignment and €2,000 excluding VAT for a full-day event. Evening receptions, gala dinners, award ceremonies, and executive networking events generally start at €1,200 excluding VAT. For organizations requiring both photography and video production, coordinated photo and video coverage is available from €3,000 excluding VAT per day, providing a consistent visual identity across all communication channels while reducing overall production costs.

All standard assignments include web and print usage rights for corporate communications, allowing images to be used across company websites, annual reports, brochures, recruitment campaigns, social media, press relations, presentations, and internal communications without additional licensing fees.
