Corporate photography pricing

Corporate photography rates depend on several factors: type of service, duration of the assignment, volume of deliverables, rights granted, and post-production complexity. Our rates are in line with the premium professional segment of the Parisian market—not low-cost, not amateur, not an agency with inflated rates. Transparent pricing: a detailed quote within 24 hours with a breakdown by item. Shooting prices are set at the time of the brief, with no surprises upon delivery.

For individual portraits (resumes, LinkedIn, executives), a flat rate based on the format. For teams (staff directory, group photos), a sliding-scale rate based on volume. For photo shoots (events, offices, industrial), half-day or full-day flat rates depending on the scope. Transfer of rights included for all corporate media in the base rate. No hidden fees.

Individual portraits: resume photo €99 (session 30–45 min, 5–10 retouched photos), LinkedIn portrait €99–250 depending on scope (session + banner), executive portrait €800 incl. tax (60–90-minute session, curated selection, same-day delivery). For lawyers, doctors, and other regulated professions: starting at €250 incl. tax.

Teams and Photo Shoots: Team photos €1,500–3,000 (excl. tax) (full day, depending on volume), corporate directory €1,500–3,000 excl. tax, office photographer €1,200–2,000 excl. tax per location, event photographer €600 excl. tax for a half-day or €1,100 excl. tax for a full day, corporate evening event starting at €700 excl. tax (4 hours). For coordinated photo + video productions: €3,000 excl. tax/day (2-person team).

All our rates include the transfer of web and print usage rights for corporate materials (website, brochures, press, internal communications, social media). No renegotiation required for each new medium. For advertising uses (poster campaigns, press ad space), a dedicated license is available upon request. Payment upon delivery, corporate invoice, French VAT recoverable.
